特有の用法

単語	解説
shall と shall not	共に法的義務を伴う、 shallは作為義務、shall notは不作為義務。 shall/shall not で規定されている項目に反した場合は契約違反
here words, there words, where words	hereafter, hereto, hereby, herein, etc. などのこと意味の取り方： the document attached hereto ならば、the document attached to this と読み替える。
Technical writing のトレンド：「無駄な単語は極力避けて簡潔に」に逆行するのが契約文書	alter and change, made and entered into, null and void(無効）, terms and conditions, true and correct, each and every, etc. このような、回りくどい表現を多用する。
Should....	Should either party fail to... 条件節を倒置法で書き出す。 = If either party should fail to...で書き換え可能。

一般的に記憶している意味と、契約文書に特化した意味
