With regard to six hundred threescore and six (666), there are three 6's. Not to play on words or anything, but in Japanese three 6's can also be read mi (three) roku (6's). Miroku is the Japanese transliteration of Maitreya. Omoto equates Maitreya with the messiah. Against this backdrop, Onisaburo referred to 666 as the act of resisting Maitreya.
