• Sumi structure kneads a mixture of soot of carbon black with glue, and adds spice, and passes through a trip to let you are hired, and it is formed, and type dry.
• Ink is a creature.
• I grow up every day every day, and a good sumi accomplishes the aging during long time.
• Only the sumi which materials was selected strictly and received careful finish by these trips one by one can get a qualification of a good sumi.

1. Collection of smoke

I gather lamp soot and carbon black of raw materials.

2. The dissolution of glue

I take out the thing which it was mixed with, and was forged with a machine, and knead a mixture smartly more by hand.I divide this into a lump by 1 kg, and add spice.I guess importance and send you to wooden form and press it afterwards.30 minutes is necessary till I take out even a small sumi.Molding box of a tree of a sumi is hard, and detailed wood is necessary.Therefore I use a tree of a pear tree of wild nature much.I carve molding box of 2000 times tree which used it afresh, and use it once again.
