Welcome to our website for Candy Candy.
This website is unauthorized by the authors of "Candy Candy".
It is provided by several Japanese Candy Candy fans who are anxious and worried
that "Candy Candy" is going to fade away because of the copyright lawsuit.

As you know, "Candy Candy" is the one of the best classic mangas in the 20th century.
"Candy Candy" was written by Kyoko Mizuki from 1975 to 1979 in
Japan and drawn by Yumiko Igarashi.

However, the two mothers of "Candy Candy" have been in dispute since 1997
over Candy Candy's copyright. (We will go into detail in the
"Circumstances of Candy Candy" section soon. It is still under construction.)

What can we do to protect our Candy Candy?

We decided to build this website to reflect the voices of the fans on the internet.

The two mothers of "Candy Candy" are called the co-authors of "CandyCandy".
This is the fact and the truth. We will protect "Candy Candy" under
the concept that Candy Candy was born from these two mothers.

We hope to build this website with each of you. We would also like to hear
your opinion, knowledge and advice for guiding the two mothers of "Candy
Candy" to a peaceful resolution as soon as possible.
