Here are some stages that I've converted from Capcom's Street Fighter Alpha 3
and Pocket Fighter for the MUGEN engine. All stages are fully animated (but in
the case of the SFA3 backgrounds, that doesn't mean much) and have all their
background layers and parallax. These stages only work on MUGEN version
2000.06.27 or later.
Please do not link directly to the files on this site. I like to have a sense
