Greetings, this is the Nishina’s Pottery Club.
This is a club that has done traditional pottery from 15 years ago.
This place is near Yokohama subway, Kaminagaya station. All the people who are beginners to people who are skilled are working hard in pottery. In this class, starting from the main clay, which is the Sigaraki-clay, you are able to use 20 different kinds of Japanese Clay. Also with 40 different kinds of Glaze, you are able to have fun in innumerable variations.
The day of the class and time are freely to choose. One-day trial is available.
Would you like to experience the excitement of touching clay, the culture of old Japan times? You can learn Japanese language as well!

Ojizo-sama Month
 You can enjoy Japanese pottery through making Ojizo-sama (Japanese happy charm statue)!! It’s fun.

Period: from October to November every year
Free for class fee, material fee and firing fee.

 ≪ for all students, parents or stuff at St.Maur or YIS　＆　all foreigners≫

★    Limited only for making Ojizo-sama

★    Needs to show and sell your Ojizo-sama works on December 31st and January 1st.

・Free participation fee.
・Not necessary to stay on these 2 days.
・Need to pay 20% of your sales fee for system fee.
・Not necessary to display your works by yourself. We will display them for you!!

★Need to use Sigaraki Clay only.

★Fireing way is only Yakishime Kangen

★You can take home after January 2nd.

★Weight should be under 300 grams or less per one work.
★Height should be under 15 centimeter or less per one work.


 It costs only 20% of sales fee. Make sure it costs just what you sold.
